It has proved necessary to hold the forthcoming Parish Council Meeting on Monday 17 November, 2025 at 7pm at the Ropsley Village Hall.

During the meeting there will be a 15 minute Public Forum when members of the public may address the Parish Council on any matter connected with this Agenda or for inclusion on a future Agenda. Members of the public are welcome to stay after the conclusion of the Public Forum but will not be permitted to take any further part in the meeting unless first invited to do so by the Parish Council through the Chairman.

4. APPROVAL OF DRAFT MINUTES: To consider approval of Minutes of Meeting 19 August, 2025.
5. CLERK’S AND COUNCLLORS’ UPDATES INCLUDING:
a) The purchase of the Piece of Land;
b) Litter Picking;
c) Draft Community Emergency Plan;
d) New 30 mph Signs to replace existing;
e) Hazard Signs on first corner into the village;
f) Cold Harbour – Traveller site - latest;
g) Footpath in front of 6 Bungalow site;
