OLD SOMERBY PARISH COUNCIL MEETING
MONDAY 28 OCTOBER 2024 at 7.15 pm in the Conservatory, Fox and Hounds
Prior to the commencement of the meeting there will be a 15 minute Public Forum at 7pm when members of the public may address the Parish Council on any matter connected with this Agenda or for inclusion on a future Agenda. Members of the public are welcome to stay after the conclusion of the Public Forum but will not be permitted to take any further part in the meeting unless first invited to do so by the Parish Council through the Chairman.

raised.
4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: To consider approval of the Draft Minutes of Meeting held 5
August, 2024.
5. CLERK AND COUNCILLORS' ACTIONS AND UPDATES/LATEST: including;
a) Cold Harbour issues; b) Next Parish Newsletter; c) Repair of Bus Shelter frontage;
d) Visibility for drivers at the Roundabout; e) LCC – local deer incidents; f) SKDC Local Parish

regarding Blue Harbour House, Cold Harbour;
