PARISH COUNCIL MEETING TO BE HELD MONDAY 24 JANUARY, 2022 at 7.15 pm PLEASE NOTE NEW MEETING DATE
at the Fox and Hounds, Old Somerby (in the Conservatory)
PLEASE NOTE: HAVING REGARD TO THE CURRENT SERIOUS COVID ISSUES THE PARISH COUNCIL CONSIDERS THAT THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PERSONS ATTENDING THIS MEETING SHOULD BE 10 -THAT IS 5 MEMBERS OF THE COUNCIL, THEIR CLERK AND UP TO 4 MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC. THERE MAY ALSO BE 2 VISITORS AT ITEMS 5 & 7. THOSE ATTENDING ARE ASKED TO WEAR A FACE COVERING.
Prior to the commencement of the meeting there will be a 15 minute Public Forum at 7pm when members of the public may address the Parish Council on any matter connected with this Agenda or for inclusion on a future Agenda. Members of the public are welcome to stay after the conclusion of the Public Forum but will not be permitted to take any further part in the meeting unless first invited to do so by the Parish Council through the Chairman.
