OLD SOMERBY PARISH COUNCIL
THE ANNUAL PARISH COUNCIL MEETING TO BE HELD Tuesday 25 May, 2021 at 7pm
at the Fox and Hounds, Old Somerby (Conservatory entrance) .
Having regard to the latest official guidance for Face-to-Face Meetings.and to Covid-19 Social Distancing Restrictions
a Risk Assessment has been undertaken with the General Manager and as a result the maximum attendance
has been fixed at 10 allowing for Councillors (4) , Clerk (1) and members of the public (5). Masks should
be worn during the meeting and the required record made of those attending. Hand Sanitizers will be available.
Also, following the same guidance, the Agenda will be restricted to reduce the time necessary for holding the meeting.
Any non-urgent items will be listed on future agendas and for the same reason there will be no Public Forum on
this occasion. Similarly, whilst members of the public may attend they may not take part during the meeting.
Members of the public are invited to forward any questions or items they may have for future meetings to the
Parish Clerk at the email address below.

b) S21/0678 Application for loft conversion and dormer to rear and roof-light to front.
9. NEIGHBOURHOOD PLAN - update regarding recent Referendum.
10. FINANCE:
a) Payments over £100 - nil; b) Finance update; c) Asset Register - to consider re-evaluation;
d) Appointment of Internal Auditor; e) Annual Audit - To action the Annual Governance Statement
and associated documents.
11. REVIEW: Determination made concerning a resident 3 August 2019 relating to the Abusive, Persistent
etc Complaints Policy - To consider adjourning until the next meeting.
