To Old Somerby Parish Councillors – you are hereby summoned to attend the above meeting of the Old Somerby Parish Council at the time and place stated above.
AGENDA
1. Apologies.
2. To elect a Chairman for this meeting.
3. Declaration of Pecuniary Interests and any applications for Dispensations.
4. To consider a Resolution to exclude the media and public under the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act, 1960 due to the need to discuss personal information relating to an individual.
5. To hold an Internal Review of the decision regarding a Freedom of Information request received on 16 June 2023, and any other Freedom of Information requests.
There will be no Public Forum on this occasion.
