OLD SOMERBY PARISH COUNCIL MEETING
MONDAY 10 AUGUST, 2026 at 7.15 pm at Ropsley Village Hall.
During the meeting there will be a 15 minute Public Forum when members of the public may address the Parish Council on any matter connected with this Agenda or for inclusion on a future Agenda. Members of the public are welcome to stay after the conclusion of the Public Forum but will not be permitted to take any further part in the meeting unless first invited to do so by the Parish Council through the Chairman.

4. APPROVAL OF DRAFT MINUTES: To consider approval of Minutes of Meeting 11 May, 2026 – clarification
of a suggested missing item from these minutes.
5. CLERK’S AND COUNCLLORS’ UPDATES INCLUDING:
a) The purchase of the Piece of Land; b) Draft Community Emergency Plan; c) Fox and Hounds – latest;
d) Part of School Lane needing repair; e) Replacement of 30 mph signs;
