To all Councillors: You are hereby summoned to attend the next meeting of the Council as above.
Prior to the commencement of the meeting there will be a 15 minute Public Forum at 7pm when members of the public may address the Parish Council on any matter connected with the Agenda, or for inclusion on a future Agenda. Members of the public are welcome to stay after the conclusion of the Public Forum but are not allowed to take any further part in the meeting unless specifically first invited to do so by the Parish Council through the Chairman. Please also note that henceforth the Parish Council Standing Orders in this respect will be strictly enforced.
